Elite works with developers from the initial stages of construction to begin planning for a smooth transition to unit owner control. The facets of this relationship include reviewing the community’s physical attributes and amenities, developing a realistic stabilized budget that will accurately reflect the cost to the unit owners, and establishing a timetable for owner involvement in the administration of the community.

Interim Period
As closings take place and construction progresses, Elite will work closely with the developer and new owners to ensure constant communication. Additionally, Elite will educate the owners by introducing them to association living, reviewing governing documents, and discussing how the turnover of control will be handled. These items will be achieved through written communication and periodic informational meetings of the membership.

Turnover
By working with Elite and understanding the project concept from the beginning, the transition from developer control to homeowner control of the association does not have to be difficult. Coordination and communication between the developer, Elite, and the unit owners can make the transition and turnover smooth and trouble free.

Elite also offers snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, and salting services to their customers. We will work together to develop a snow service plan to meet the needs of your property.

Snow Plowing
Typically, plow service begins when accumulations reach 1 – 2”, depending on the customer’s preference. During extreme winter conditions, it may be necessary to plow your property more than once.

We offer different pricing structures that are flexible to the needs of the customer. These include per push, per inch, and seasonal contracts. Give us a call and we will customize a proposal for you.

Salting and Ice Control
Entrances, emergency exits, walkways, stairs, loading and unloading areas all require additional attention during winter. Even with the most aggressive plowing plans, compacted snow will turn to ice. Keep family and customers safe with a salting schedule to meet your needs.
